Select-Hospitality : Food and Beverages,
At Select-Hospitality we insist on quality, the standard of our Foods and Wines reflect upon our name.
We are therefore pleased to offer the Menu options from Aspire Hospitality, our catering partner, with whom we take an active role to ensure the menus meet our requirements.
ASPIRE HOSPITALITY ETHOS
At Aspire Hospitality, our food is inspired by the best of British produce. Flavours and textures are optimised
by their provenance: fresh, local, seasonal and wherever possible, free range and organic ingredients. In
essence, we bring to our customers’ excellent food of the highest quality.
Aspire’s menus are inspired by Creative Director, Steven Saunders, whose many accolades include being one
of only 17 Fellow Master Chefs of Great Britain and one the youngest chefs ever to have been awarded a
Michelin Star and 3 AA Rosettes.
Responsible for Aspire’s menu development as well as chef training, Steven’s rich mix of innovative flair and
passion together with his 30 years in the restaurant business and a huge appetite for creating great food are
complemented by every member of ‘Team Aspire’ to deliver high standards and exceptional service.
Aspire’s aims are high: to ensure that our catering and hospitality clients and customers enjoy every aspect of
their experience with us and are inspired by our aspirational approach to delivering the finest 21st century
